Palpate/roll has proved itself as an effective massage technique over many years. It serves to dislodge the fatty tissue, commonly known as cellulite, that accumulates in the subcutaneous layer.

Pressotherapy is a technique in which a device such as the PULSTAR PSXis used with accessories (boots, cuffs and abdominal belt…) which inflate and deflate along the limbs. The alternate inflations and deflations facilitate the venous-lymphatic flow and thus stimulate blood circulation and lymphatic drainage, as well as the elimination of toxins.

This has a direct impact on the problem of heavy legs and on areas where cellulite has accumulated, providing a noticeable slimming effect.

A feeling of well-being, circulatory and physical, is experienced by the patient after the very first session. The greater the frequency of treatment sessions, the greater will be the results on health and on body shape.

This is an exclusive method, developped for facial treatments and including a cosmetics line specially designed to be used with the Starvac L300, a device created by the Starvac group.

The L300offers 3 types of treatment heads, which in turn allow us to use 4 different but complementary treatment technologies.

• VCE heads (Vibratory Cellular Electrotherapy) which combine cellular impulses with vibration in order to detoxify cells in-depth and to drain fluids, also toning cells (by changing the type of electrical impulse and the strength of the vibration.)

Ultrasound is an acoustic energy produced by mechanical waves in a body. There are two sorts of ultrasound wave, high frequency (from 1 MHZ to 3 MHZ) and low frequency (from 30 KHZ to 40 KHZ), the latter being more commonly used today because of their greater power of penetration and especially because they do not provoke a sensation of heat and thus allow a more prolonged application.

Ultrasonic waves are extremely efficacious in slimming treatments because they produce 3 significant effects on the organism :

• Mechanical effects : a micromassagic action on the cells and the ability to destroy and liquefy pockets of fat..
• Thermic effects :stimulation of the metabolism and the blood circulation by creating an increase in blood flow.
• Chemical effects : favouring the liberation of vasodilationary substances and the breaking-down of fatty molecules.

Electrotherapy or electrostimulation uses impulses produced by electrodes which can have multiple targets of application, depending on the different intensities selected :
